at Carolina Domes

  • Reconnect with nature at Pondview Dome – a spacious 30 ft luxury glamping dome set on 15 acres of Blue Ridge mountain land. This is your own little garden hideaway, surrounded by flowers, birdsong and big open skies.

    Inside, Pondview feels like an apartment under canvas. There’s a cozy downstairs bedroom with a plush queen bed, plus a loft with two full beds, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. You’ll have a full bathroom with a rock-style shower, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a comfy lounge area for morning coffee or movie nights. Heating, air conditioning and fast Starlink Wi-Fi keep you comfortable in every season.

    Step outside and you’ve got everything you need to slow down and unwind: a private hot tub under the stars, a fire pit with Adirondack chairs, charcoal BBQ, and garden beds full of colour in spring and summer. It’s a great spot for families, couples and friends – and well-behaved dogs are welcome too.

    We’re tucked in the mountains between some of Western North Carolina’s best spots: Lake Lure (about 20 minutes), Black Mountain (about 30 minutes) and Asheville (around 50 minutes). Spend your days hiking, chasing waterfalls or exploring local breweries, then come back to your own quiet dome in the trees.

    This is glamping, so expect a bit of nature – gravel paths, steps, wildlife and the occasional bug – but that’s all part of the adventure. If you love the idea of being out in the mountains without giving up a hot shower, real beds and a private hot tub, Pondview Dome is for you.
